Terms of Service

Terms governing the Cyber Insurance Readiness Review and related CloudFortTech services.

Effective date: September 3, 2026

Services

CloudFortTech provides a focused cybersecurity readiness review based on interviews, evidence made available by the customer, and professional judgment. The scope includes the deliverables described on the service page or in a separate written agreement.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate access to relevant personnel and evidence, and timely responses. CloudFortTech may rely on the information and materials you provide without independently verifying every statement or configuration.

Fees, scheduling, and cancellation

Fees are shown before checkout and are due according to the checkout or written engagement terms. After payment, you will receive instructions to schedule the guided assessment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us promptly. Any refund eligibility will depend on work already performed and the terms presented at checkout or agreed in writing.

No insurance or legal advice

CloudFortTech is not an insurance carrier, broker, law firm, or certification body. The review does not guarantee insurance eligibility, coverage, pricing, renewal, regulatory compliance, or prevention of a cybersecurity incident. Insurers and brokers make their own independent decisions.

Professional judgment and limitations

The review is a point-in-time, limited-scope assessment—not a penetration test, comprehensive audit, managed security service, or continuous monitoring engagement. Findings depend on the information and evidence available during the engagement.

Confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information received through the engagement and will use it only for delivering or receiving the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.

Ownership and permitted use

You may use the final report for your internal business purposes and discussions with your authorized insurance, legal, and technology advisers. CloudFortTech retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, tools, and general know-how.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudFortTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the services. Any additional limitations stated in a signed agreement will also apply.
